For those babies who are learning to use a sippy cup I would like to recommend a soft tip cup like the nuby (http://store.babycenter.com/product/bottle+-+solid+feeding/sippy+cups/no-spill+cup+with+silicone+spout.do?asc=false). My 8-month son Nieko didn't know what to do with a regular sippy and then a friend recommended a soft tip cup and now he totally tips back his head and drinks (so cute!) I see that a lot of people complain about leakage and the lid indeed is a little flimsy, but hey... he's drinking water!
